All transactions on the 35000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (online banking), DuitNow, and other approved methods. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account, depending on the withdrawal method selected.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or eWallet details provided are accurate.
- 35000 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
- All transactions are final and non-reversible except in specific circumstances agreed upon in writing.
- 35000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining credit balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the violation.
